Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging, in the same condition as when you received it. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have.
Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.

Return Shipping, Duties & Taxes

  • For customer-initiated returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • For defective or incorrect items, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

The following costs are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Original shipping fees
  • Return shipping costs
  • Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST
  • Customs clearance or handling fees

We cannot refund any taxes or duties paid to local authorities.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
