Can I track my order?
Yes. All orders are shipped using trackable international shipping services.
- Orders shipped to the United States and Canada are sent via DHL Express or our partnered international carriers.
- Orders shipped to other countries and regions are generally sent via EMS (Express Mail Service).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your shipment through the carrier’s official tracking website.

How long does it take to ship my order?
Shipping times vary depending on the product.
- In-stock items: Usually shipped within a few business days
- Made-to-order or special items: Production and shipping times are listed on the product page
Delivery times after shipment depend on your destination country, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions.
Please note that international shipments may be delayed due to customs inspections, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Is faster shipping available?
At this time, we do not offer expedited or alternative shipping options.
Some items are handmade or made to order, and production schedules cannot be shortened.

Can I choose the shipping method or delivery date?
We’re sorry, but customers cannot select specific shipping methods or delivery dates.

Is my shipment insured?
Yes. All international shipments are insured against loss or significant damage during transit.
- Coverage includes: loss or major damage during shipping
- Coverage limit: generally up to the product value
Please note that delays, minor cosmetic damage to packaging, or damage after use may not be covered.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible (within 7 days of delivery).
For insurance claims, we may request:
- Photos of the outer box and packaging
- Photos clearly showing the damaged area
